Most government and corporate facilities hire an electrician to disconnect the old UPS batteries and install the new.  Does your electrician supply you with a certificate of receipt or document of destruction?  By not having that document, you could potentially be liable if the spent batteries are not handled properly.


     Upon contracting with Husker Battery Service to dispose of the batteries, a certificate of receipt will be issued containing the following information:

• Contractor name and address

• Battery type and quantity disposed

• Date of removal

• Date of disposal

• Location and number of the EPA certified recycling facility


      The markets we currently service include Hospitals, Industrial, Municipalities, Schools, Telecommunications, Financial Institutions and any other facility using Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) Batteries.  HBSC will provide battery storage, battery recycling, and transportation/logistics.
